The Boot & Barrel Lifestyle Co. was created to make self-care feel comfortable, approachable, and worth looking forward to. No traditional spa feeling. No rushed appointment. Just thoughtful service, genuine hospitality, and a space designed to let you switch off for a while.
WHY THE BOOT & BARREL
Self-care shouldn’t feel like it wasn’t made for you.
For years, traditional self-care spaces have largely been designed and marketed toward women. Meanwhile, many men work long hours, take care of everyone around them and rarely make time to slow down.
The Boot & Barrel was created to change that.
We wanted to build a place where taking care of yourself feels normal. Somewhere you can sit back in a comfortable chair, catch the game or your favourite show, enjoy a drink and leave feeling better than when you walked in.

FROM THE FOUNDERS
We wanted to build the place we felt was missing.
The Boot & Barrel started with one question: why was it so hard to find a place where men could slow down, take care of themselves and still feel completely comfortable being there?
We wanted to build somewhere that felt different from the moment you walked in — warm, relaxed, welcoming and completely free of the traditional spa feel.
A place where the details matter. Where you can settle into a comfortable chair, enjoy a drink, catch a game or your favourite show, and take an hour that is entirely yours.
To us, The Boot & Barrel is about more than services. It is about creating a space where taking care of yourself feels normal, easy and worth making time for.
This is the kind of place we wanted to exist, so we decided to build it.
